Book A Vendor Booth

To book a vendor booth, please decide whether or not you need an electrical outlet and then choose your preferred vendor location on the map below.  All vendor booths with access to an electrical outlet have an E before their number.  You may then proceed to book your booth online with a credit card.  Booth locations are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

If you would like to book a Premium Vendor Booth Package or a Premium Vendor Sponsorship Package, please choose and book your vendor booth online and then email or call Jennifer to make arrangements for the upgraded package.

Booths with access to an electrical outlet include:

-    Any booth with an E before the number (E1-E7, E10, E15-E20)
-    8 X 10 display area
-    6 foot table, 2 chairs, 1 tablecloth
-    Booth has access to an electrical outlet (please note vendors are required to bring their own extension cords and power bars)
-    Vendor receives one complimentary 3 night pass
-    Please note that any additional staff working at your booth after 7pm will need to purchase a pass or an individual night ticket because Security checks all people entering the ballroom foyer where vendors are set up.  Additional staff are allowed to work at your booth between 10:30am and 6pm without buying a congress pass or ticket (ie because security only requires a pass to enter workshop ballrooms during day, a pass is not required during the day  to enter the vendor area )
-    Cost of booth is non-refundable
-    Cost: $575 CAD +  applicable taxes

Booths with no access to electrical outlet:

-    Booth numbers 8,9,11,12,13,14, 21, 22
-    8 X 10 display area
-    6 foot table, 2 chairs, 1 tablecloth
-    Booth does not have access to an electrical outlet
-    Vendor receives one complimentary 3 night pass

Additional Table
-    If you require an additional table for your booth, the cost is $400
