DVDs can be ordered online and they will be shipped to you within 2 - 3 weeks. Please make sure that you are correctly choosing the tab according to which country the dvd will be shipped to. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include tax and shipping.
If you live in Toronto, you can also buy dvds at Steps Dance Studio (Mon. - Thurs., 6pm - 10pm)

Delivery Policy
Congress Passes
Please note that Congress passes/tickets will NOT be mailed. Every online order will be added to our database. Each person must pick up their own congress pass in person at the pre-registered booth in the lower level of the Sheraton Centre Hotel between Friday, Oct. 10th and Sunday, Oct. 12th. Please bring your receipt and a piece of ID.
DVDs/T-shirts
DVDs and t-shirts will be shipped within a week of the order date by regular post. You should receive your DVD or t-shirt within 2-3 weeks of the order date.
Refund Policy
Congress Passes
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A $50 cancellation charge will be applied. NO REFUNDS after September 5th Passes may be transferred to another person for no extra charge but only up until September 15th (via email please).You may contact us by email at Jennifer@stepsdancestudio.com or by phone at 416-656-7837 (10am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday).
