Pick Up Pass

1. Congress passes and individual a la carte tickets can be bought online, by phone, in person at Steps Dance Studio (call 416.656.7837 for hours) or at the Hotel during the event. Several dance studios/teachers in Toronto and across the province will also be selling tickets.
2. Congress passes will NOT be mailed. All pre-paid purchases will be added to our database. Each person must pick up their own congress pass in person at the pre-paid registration booth at the Hotel. Please bring your receipt and a piece of photo ID. 
3. People who have purchased any Full Congress Pass, Performer Pass or 4 Night Pass may pick up their passes on Thursday night at the Opening Night Gala at the Hotel (Photo ID required, including for performers).  People who have purchased day passes or 3 Night Passes will only be able to pick up their pass starting Friday at 1pm at the pre-paid registration booth at the Hotel.
4. Please note that congress passes will be in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Individual night tickets for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (include the performances, parties and live band) can be purchased online starting August 1st or in person at: Steps Dance Studio or from United Salseros. Individual night tickets can also be bought at the registration booth at the Hotel the weekend of the event. Please note that prices for individual night tickets and congress passes will be higher at the door.
6. Children's passes (14 years and younger) can only be bought at Steps Dance Studio or at the door. The child must be present at time of purchase. All children's passes and evening tickets are half the price of the adult tickets/passes.
7. There will be absolutely NO videotaping or photography allowed during the evening shows.
8. A DVD of the event will be available for purchase.
