The Canada Salsa Congress is the largest salsa event in Canada. In 2023, we had more than 5,000 attendees.

All of the events, workshops, performances, parties, trade show and accommodations take place under one roof at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, ensuring constant day and night exposure for sponsors and vendors.

Over 50,000 square-feet of meeting space is reserved for the event and all vendor booths are located in the foyer directly outside all 3 of the congress ballrooms.

Vendor booths can be open for 4 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
As the event has grown, we now have competitions all day Thursday from 8am to midnight plus our opening night party. The new earlier set up day and time gives vendors a full extra day of brand exposure and sales opportunities. There will also be competitions on Friday starting at 8:30am.

The number of available vendor booths is limited. Reserve your spot today before it’s too late. Vendor booths will only be reserved once payment is received.

Reserving YOUR BOOTH

1.
All vendor booths at the Royal York Hotel have access to an electrical outlet.  Outlets are marked with an 'X'.

2.
Review map by clicking here and choose your preferred location.

3.
Reserve and pay for your booth online by clicking here . If you want to open your vendor booth on Thursday afternoon for a whole extra day of exposure, choose the Thursday add-on.

Setting up your booth

1.
NEW! Vendor set-up is any time Thursday after 10:00am. If you choose to downgrade to 3 Day, set up is Friday AFTER 12pm.

2.
Vendors will be provided with 1 table (6'), 2 chairs & 1 tablecloth. Vendors  must bring extension cords/power bars. Vendors are not allowed to sell food and drink.

3.
Take-down must be complete by 9:00am on Monday.

STAFFING YOUR BOOTH

1.
Vendors are responsible at all times for their booth and products. Booths may open and close at any time over the course of the weekend.

2.
At the end of each night, vendors will need to move any products that they do not want unattended to their hotel room. Luggage carts can be requested from the front desk.

3.
Each vendor booth may admit 2 staff members at no cost (free 4-night pass per person for 4 Day Booth; 3 Day Booth will get 3 night pass).

Additional staff can work at your booth for free (no event pass required) but they will not have access to the ballrooms, shows or workshops.
