Vendor Info

The Canada Salsa Congress is the largest salsa event in Canada. Last year, we had more than 5,000 attendees over the course of the weekend. All of the events workshops, performances, parties, trade show, accommodations - take place under one roof at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, providing constant day and night exposure for sponsors and vendors. Over 51, 000 square feet of meeting space is reserved for the event.

• Vendors will be provided with 1 table (6'), 2 chairs and a tablecloth
• If a second table is required, there will be an additional charge.
• Each booth will be allowed to bring in 1 staff member at no cost (that staff person will be entitled to a free 3 night pass, but will not be allowed to participate in the workshops).
• Vendors can choose and pay for their booth location directly online. Please see Book Vendor Booth on congress site for details. Please note that only some locations have access to an electrical power outlet.
• Vendors who choose booths with electrical power outlets are required to bring their own extension cords and power bars.
• Vendor set-up is anytime after 1pm on Friday, Oct. 7, 2011 and take down must be complete by 9am on Monday, Oct. 11, 2011.
• Vendors are responsible at all times for their booth and products. At the end of each night, vendors will need to move any products to their hotel room that they do not want to leave out overnight unattended. You may request a luggage cart from the front desk.
• Booths may open and close at any time over the course of the weekend. Please see the schedule page for details of when everything takes place.
• There will be an extra hotel charge for a phone line or credit card line.
• Vendors are not allowed to sell food and drink.
• If you will be staying at the hotel, please go to the Venue/Hotel section of this site to make your hotel reservations.
• The number of available vendor booths is limited. Please reserve your spot today before it’s too late. Vendor booths will only be reserved when payment is received.
