2024 REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes.  

Exception: If an attendee has to cancel because they have tested positive for covid-19
in the 10 days leading up to the event, we will require documentation and then you will be given a choice of: 
a) transferring the pass to another attendee for our 2024 event
b) transferring the value of the pass to our next event in 2025 

All requests must be made in writing to register@canadasalsacongress.com.

All transfer requests after Sept. 15th will incur a $30 transfer fee.

AT-THE-DOOR TICKETS
All tickets will be available for purchase at the door.  Ticket prices will be higher. 
The event does not sell out - we have one of the largest ballrooms in Canada.
Late night party tickets will be available at the door (entrance after 11pm).
