2025 REFUND + TRANSFER POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes. No exceptions.
If you have purchased a ticket or pass and can no longer attend, you may:
a) transferring the pass to another attendee for our 2025 event
OR
b) transferring the value of the pass as credit towards the 2026 event.
All requests must be made in writing to register@canadasalsacongress.com by September 1st, 2025.
All transfer requests received between September 2nd and September 30th will incur a $40 transfer fee.
Transfer requests will not be accepted after October 1st.
*Note: passes or credit may only be transferred once either to another attendee or as credit for the following year only, and are not transferable a second time.
